Coming to the end of extensive dental work. It's hard to describe dentist visits as pleasurable but Dr. Weinstein's office is as close as it gets. The staff are all friendly and helpful and Dr. Weinstein is conscientious and talented with a great sense of humor. The only negative is that he's a Yankee fan.
Just had my first appointment with Dr. Weinstein; the office was super clean and the entire staff was delightful. Dr. Weinstein was very friendly and super thorough explaining my X-rays and everything he was doing. 10/10 would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dentist.
Dave, Leslie, Melissa, and Ashley are a great team. There are others in the office, but that's whom I've met. In my initial visit, David met me and actually got to know me briefly, and worked with me on learning my teeth and quirks of my habits in dental procedure (ADHD, Low pain tolerance and sensitive teeth make for a formula of needing careful treatment). He truly treats each patient like a person first. Then, in the room, it took a minute for me to explain the patterns of my dental procedure habits a bit more, but once we got those down, it was almost all gas and no brakes. These guys and gals are amazing. David has a calm demeanor, friendly personality, and even remembering me as a patient in the sense of his life, outside his office (he brought in topics of the book he was reading during the visit that resonated with me) and brought that conversation into light to keep it happy and light hearted. His assistant for my fillings plays being the foil in personality off well. The somewhat stern backboard telling me what I need to do, in contrast to his to his chilled out, calm demeanor, always encouraging state, and his calming hands that do the good work. I never feel anxious even before the gas when I'm there. Shaky, yes, but not anxious. Every other dentist I've had, I've felt some sort of nerves. He also had his own personal Dr. Strange-esque sequence, which I thought was cool. He just turned on some Aretha Franklin and went into the zone. His humor also made me laugh. "Last time you were in Missouri, this time you're in Oklahoma." This was a good thing, hence the humor. I sure do not like the Yankees, but I sure do like this, Dr. If you need someone to drive you to the appointment, feel free to bring a baseball nerd. They'll love his waiting room, which is filled with Yankees stuff of all sorts. It's even got some bleacher seating, as you can see in the picture. Genuinely Thank you, Weinstein and Co. I truly hope to come back soon for dental needs to be met as they arise.
If you're apprehensive and thinking about putting things off, don't. Dr. Weinstein and his staff are phenomenal. From the moment you call you get the feeling they care about you and want to take care of you and make you feel relaxed. Dr. Weinstein will not rush and will explain and talk you through everything. His assistant makes you feel comfortable and is so pleasant. Receptionist so nice and friendly. You can tell everyone in this office puts you first and enjoys working together. The cost of services is very reasonable. I can't say thank you enough for the smile I left with.
Not a lot of people can say how much they love going to the dentist, but I can honestly say I wish I found this office a long time ago. Everyone from the moment you walk in the door is such a pleasure to be around. The communication is excellent, the office staff, and the doctor couldn't be better. I had a tooth extracted, and that same evening the doctor followed up with a phone call to make sure I was doing ok. This level of customer service, especially these days, in any field, is rare. Thank you so much for making what usually is a dreaded experience, relaxed and enjoyable. David Mooney
