Customer Reviews
I love this practice and have been a patient since 1985. I am comfortable with both Dr. Hirschfield and Dr. Brenda. They are amazing dentist. The hygienist are always friendly and do an amazing job taking care of your teeth. The front desk staff is always friendly and smiling. As much as anyone can enjoy going to the dentist I do I would recommend this office and practice to anyone!
Always the best of care and staff may be different now but even so replacements are just as nice.
Miss Lisa but had Nicole today. As usual for me I don’t anticipate having a new hygienist, but Nicole put this big baby at ease from the moment I met her until I left. She was just so nice and pleasant. Totally awesome.
Dr. Hirshfield and Nicole went over their findings after a cleaning regarding a tooth that needed work and ultimately, a crown. The entire procedure was explained to me in terms I could understand, and when I arrived for the prep visit, it was an excellent experience. No pain, no problems, and the temporary that was placed was comfortable immediately. Thanks to everyone for a positive dental experience, you rock!
Dr. Hirschfield takes the time to explain the problems, the options, and the solutions. Together the patient and the doctor choose the action plan.
Dr. Hirschfield's technical skills are unsurpassed and he is honest. He treats me with respect and the quality of his work is excellent. I can legitimately say it is unsurpassed because I have been to a lot of dentists.
These two latest crowns fit well, feel good, and work great. I wish my real teeth felt this good.
The office itself is clean and the rooms are nicely decorated. The staff is cheerful and competent. Appointments are on time and I am never rushed during an appointment.
If you need dental work, this is a great place to go.
My first experience meeting Dr Hirschfield was pleasant & very nice to talk to. I went for a tooth extremely sensitive to cold. He took an X-ray & filled the tooth . Two weeks later still sensitive to cold so went back . Turned out he filled the wrong tooth .I had a cracked tooth that may need a root canal so put a temporary cap on . He does not do root canals so sends u to Dr Ciornei next door . She is out of network . I went back for a cleaning & the dental hygienist felt I had a bad tooth so Dr Hirschfield told her to take X-rays. Dr Hirschfield left for the day and never got to talk to him. Surprised when Dr Ciornei’s office called to have my tooth pulled .Wanted $500 up front - I said no since I was not in pain. My husband was seeing Dr Hirschfield about implants but could not give us an idea of the cost till after a mold was done aprox $330 . Implants $65,000 (ridiculous) Turns out he doesn’t do the work, he has a traveling dentist come in . Have no idea who it is . My husband went for a cleaning & the hygienist saw a discoloring on his tongue. My husband never talked to Dr Hirschfield but got a call from Dr Ciornei’s office to have a biopsy. Concerned so he went but was only a consultation for $160 . Dr Ciornei sent him back to Dr Hirschfield’s office to have a tooth filed . Was told to come back for the biopsy & bring $500 . We called an ENT & only paid a copay $45. This is why we switched dentists . Very happy with White Spruce .
