I recently had a dental procedure performed by Dr. Janik and his dental team, and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly conversation that immediately put me at ease. Dr. Janik and his team were extremely knowledgeable and skilled, and they took the time to explain the procedure to me. I felt completely comfortable and confident in their abilities throughout the entire process. In addition to their expertise, Dr. Janik and his team were also incredibly gentle and compassionate. I truly felt like I was in good hands throughout the entire procedure. The office itself is top-notch, with all the latest dental technology and a clean and modern atmosphere. Overall, I cannot recommend Dr. Janik and his dental team highly enough. Their knowledge, skill, and care for their patients is truly wonderful. Thank you, Dr. Janik and team, for providing such excellent care!

Been going to this group since the 90s and even though Dr. Lipnick and Levine are retired, the group continues to provide excellent patient care and dentistry as Albany Dental Team. The staff is and has always been AWESOME! Dr. Fox did work on me today and he's fantastic. He always lets you know what's going on and does great work!

I was a patient here for 15 years. New billing practices have them dropping over 27 different insurers. Mine is still covered and yet my cleanings have a cost associated now. I was told initially this was a temporary cost due to a different kind of cleaning, the story changed a couple months ago and now “its a lifetime cost adjustment.” I had to get a new dentist unfortunately, this space was starting to make me feel like it was more money than patient focused. This is unfortunate, I really liked going here otherwise.

We have been patients of this practice for several years and loved them. However, we just received an email stating they no longer accept 27 different insurance plans (including ours.) YES THAT IS CORRECT...27 insurance companies they no longer wish to deal with. They did indicate in their letter that if you don't have insurance they would offer a 10% discount to veterans and seniors. Ironic because my insurance is through the military (that they no longer accept.) We are finding this with more and more providers. However, the patients are caught in the middle. Paying for expensive insurance that suddenly no one accepts. It would seem to be a poor business model. One or two problematic insurance carriers- fine. But 27 seems excessive. I wish them the very best of luck but am quite confident their appointment book will now include quite a few openings as patients find other providers willing to accept insurance.
