McMahon, Najam and Gable

Thank you so much to Dr. Najam and his team, Elon, Alicia and Maria for a great experience with my crown. They made sure my temporary fit with perfection as well as the placement of my permanent crown. I highly recommend their service and greatly appreciate the care I received.

Had a tooth filled in November, it is now February and the filling came out. I believe that Dr. Najam knew what my insurance covered and went outside of the boundaries set by my insurance. Dr. McMahon was an honest guy, I went to him for over 20 years. I am going to find a new dentist.

Since Dr McMahon left this is awful now. Switching dentist because they have become cash grabbers who tell you you have 10 cavities and need to do however many filling after I’ve never had a cavity for 8 years. Really do not like these guys STAY AWAY LEAVE WHILE YOU CAN!!!!

Worst customer service I evet encountered. They called me and threatened me with sending my bill to collections. I told her "Victoria" that I thought I already paid, and she said I didn't. So, I paid again. After going through my credit card statements for about an hour I found that indeed I had paid back in September. I called back and told her that I have the charge for $254 on my credit card and gave her the date. She then argued with me like I was lying and said it wasn't in her ledger. I said I didn't care it was on my credit card statement, and I thought that threatening me because they are incompetent bookkeepers was wrong. She hung up on me. I called back and she said she hung up because I was loud. I asked to speak to her supervisor, and she said I would have to wait until tomorrow. Horrible place since Dr.McMahon left. They actually charged me $350 for a cleaning and x-rays. Ridiculous!!! I will be speaking to the supervisor tomorrow and putting a stop on my second payment.

Dr McMahon left the practice. He was my family’s dentist for over 30 years and we trusted him. No one informed me that he’d left so I showed up to my appointment that was being handled by a new dentist who I did not know and was not comfortable with. My parents also were patients of Dr McMahon. They saw the new dentist one time each and paid in cash at the counter in full. Then, after the fact, received two bills in the mail. My mother called to contest them. The office said that one bill was due to pricing increases and the other was an accidental double bill. My mother refused to pay for a retroactive price increases and they were voided. But just goes to show you that they’re probably over billing everybody and there’s probably a fair number of people who aren’t doing due diligence and will just overpay. Be careful and check your bills. I’ve found a new dentist.
