I have been a patient of theirs since childhood (nearly 40 years). The staff has always been great! Always willing to work with you and give one-on-one care.

They’re the closest practice to me with the best reviews. My recent practice of over 15 years closed. They may be great but good luck getting in touch, I called 3 times during business hours, and left a message and never could get through.

I have used this dentist for a few years now as has my husband. Everyone was very nice and we never had issues until recently. Dr Eggert referred me to an Endodontist for a root canal. Once that was completed I was given a temporary filling and told to have a crown done with my dentist for the permanent fix within 30 days of the procedure. I left a voicemail 3 weeks ago, 2 weeks ago and then again yesterday. All during business hours and I even had additional attempts where I did not leave voicemails. To say I am thoroughly disappointed is an understatement. I have left probably 3 google reviews in my entire life but felt like this one was very warranted to ensure people know to stay away. My suggestion to them would be to hire a receptionist who is not also the hygienist so they can actually answer phones or at minimum return calls.
