Dr. Bittlingmaier and her support staff are amazing. I had fillings today and they made me so comfortable and were very accommodating. Highly recommend. They even called hours after my appointment to check in on how I was doing.
Rose Dental has been great from my very first visit. The office is super comfortable and nicely designed—from the front desk to the treatment rooms, everything feels modern, clean, and welcoming. They have state-of-the-art equipment, which really makes you feel confident you’re getting good care.
Angela, my hygienist, is awesome—she’s fun, friendly, and does an excellent job (especially if you actually floss every day!). Dr. Lawrence Chen is very detailed and meticulous, and he definitely makes you feel like you’re in good hands.
I finally have the smile I couldn't afford when I was younger. Rose Dental,and Dr. Chen in particular, have removed any fears of going to the dentist and replaced them with a positive experience. Whether its a routine visit for a cleaning, thank you Nadine, or other dental work, I couldn't be happier. Dr. Chen is positive provides detailed information about treatment needed or requested and is friendly throughout the appointment. He deserves a sign "Painless Dentist" ! With the Sure Smile treatment, whitening and tooth build up I cannot stop smiling in my mirror or at everyone I meet. The entire staff from Reception to treatment deserve high praise for their knowledge and welcoming manner. If I tried to name names I would surely miss someone so let's just say I have always been treated by all staff as part of their family. I definately recommend this practice.
They cancelled my first appt. Wanted me to schedule a special appt for some sort of "presentation", and the cleaning was terrible, she spent max 10 mins, probably because I refused to schedule the special appt, I can't take time off unless I'm getting actual dental work done, which they did a filling but failed to give any sort of presentation. The next thing I know I get a letter in the mail telling me they no longer take my insurance. Definitely do not recommend.
Beware! I recently went back to see Dr. Hageman after I was experiencing a dull ache in the area of a tooth he filled a year ago. After multiple x-ray/pictures of the area I was told nothing was wrong with the tooth/area but they would put on a fluoride varnish to protect my teeth and charged me $50 for a treatment I did not ask for. I went for a second opinion this week and come to find out there’s a cavity on the side of the tooth next to the filling and my tooth is cracked, none of this was mentioned by Dr. Hageman. Makes me very concerned that he cracked my tooth when performing my filling last year and did not want me
know. I do not recommend this office.
