I had the LANAP procedure to correct the periodontic issues. Went very well. Dr Ference is so nice and his staff is very down to earth and helpful beyond words. He explained everything as it was happening and gave me plenty of breaks as this procedure is not quick and I felt as though I was in capable hands. The entire experience was worth going to an out of network doctor. I would recommend anyone try this office for your dental needs.
Dr. Ferrence is a kind doctor who takes a significant amount of time with each patient explaining procedures thoroughly and just as much when he performs them. He checks multiple times to make sure your are comfortable during and after the procedure. Any questions that I’ve had are responded to quickly, often calling back himself. For me that’s one part of finding a good practitioner. Almost as important is the staff within a practice. I have left a great doctor that I really liked after being treated poorly by office staff. Dr. Sean’s receptionists and assistants are pleasant, knowledgeable and follow through with processing insurance claims, obtaining record, answering questions and forwarding messages to the Doctor. I am so happy to have found a good Doctor that has surrounded himself with kind, competent staff. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
Dr Sean has been amazing!!! Our daughter had a lengthy (5+ hour) dental implant procedure. Dr Sean did exactly what he explained and he has taken exceptional care of our daughter from the initial consultation to the actual implant surgery. He has always made him self available for questions and to make sure that we were comfortable with the treatment plan. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr Sean to anyone needing oral surgery and we look forward to phase 2 of our daughter’s dental implant surgery. Thank you Dr Sean for restoring our daughter’s beautiful smile!

Dr. Ference himself is a very nice person and has a wonderful bedside manner. I have had two procedures done here. Although the results of my pinhole procedure left something to be desired, I have read online that results can be mixed. I had wished that had been explained to be beforehand. However, my main issue is with the office staff. Although they are very friendly, they refuse to submit my claims to my insurance company. I have had to mail the information in myself. But when my insurance asks for additional information, the office staff ignore them. I have been fighting this for nearly 6 months now. So if you plan to use insurance, go somewhere else.
