Whitney Young Swinburne location is a wonderful place to bring your child for medical care. My son and I love Dr.Stein & the team of nurses/staff there. They are all kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I'm very thankful to have found a pediatrician that I trust with my son.

I was referred to Whitney Young health home care coordination because I am new to Albany and I needed a case manager because I am disabled and in need of extra services. It has been an awful experience. My first case manager chuck met with me once to sign paperwork and even after hearing about everything I needed help with including my pending eviction and in need of immediate housing assistance as far as filling out applications for housing and possible rental assistance proceeded to tell me we didn’t need to schedule another appointment and that he would be in touch, which he wasn’t. I had to call him and he gave me the runaround tells me he is new to the area himself and he didn’t know of anything and he would of course he will help me fill out housing applications he would just have to get back to me. This is when he started avoiding my phone calls. It wasn’t until I started threatening to call his supervisor over and over again and to have him fired that he finally called me back just to tell me that if I was unhappy with his services that he would have me assigned to a new case manager I said yes of course. Then I didn’t hear anything for about a month. Also when you call to speak to someone there it doesn’t ring it just automatically goes directly to an answering machine where you can leave a message where no one returns your phone calls. I finally freaked out on the phone and said if no one calls me back I will continue to call everyday until someone does or I will have to go down there to speak to someone. Finally someone called me back. Lo and behold I was assigned a new case manager Yvonne. We scheduled an appointment to meet but unfortunately the day we were to meet I was sick as a dog so I called to reschedule but guess what no one answered, big surprise right? I called and complained on the machine again and finally someone got back to me like two weeks later. Her supervisor saying she was out of the office and would be getting in touch with me shortly to reschedule. This was about a month ago, I’m still waiting on a phone call. Please I beg of you, don’t use Whitney m young health home care management for your needs. Don’t make the mistake I did. Tell everyone you know after you read this. Save yourself the headache and heartache. Don’t let them take advantage of you. Just because you are disabled doesn’t give them the right to take advantage of people

Wait long time I have appointment 10 am But i am waiting long 12 am but still not calling me I’m asking front desk he told me lots people so why give appointments if you have busy don’t give any appointments 😖😫😖😖😖
